Nib Free Font License

1. Grant of license

Nib grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use fonts exported under the Nib Free Font License for personal and other non-commercial purposes only.

2. Permitted use

You may:

• install and use the font for personal projects
• use the font in mockups, prototypes, student work, experiments, and other non-commercial work
• modify the font for your own non-commercial use
• embed the font in non-commercial websites, documents, and apps

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• use the font in any product, service, campaign, or work primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation
• sell, sublicense, redistribute, resell, or offer the font as a standalone asset
• use the font in client work, paid freelance work, paid advertising, paid products, or commercial branding
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, version, or license metadata embedded in the font file
• represent the font as your own original font software

4. Commercial use

Commercial use is not permitted under the Nib Free Font License.

Nib may offer separate paid licenses or subscription plans that permit commercial use. If you want commercial rights, you must obtain a separate commercial license from Nib.

5. Ownership

Nib and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Nib service and license framework. You retain ownership of your original design work to the extent allowed by applicable law and your agreement with Nib, subject to the license terms applied to exported files under your plan.

6. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the font under this license and delete copies that are not otherwise covered by a separate commercial license.

7. No warranty

The font is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nib will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the font or this license.
